Arberthnarberth Hot Tub Hire for Pembrokeshire & West Wales

Below is some more information about our hot tubs and services.  If you have any questions that are not addressed or answered below, please do not hesitate to contact us via facebook or email.

What is the minimum hire period?  Minimum hire period is five days, although our week hire period would be more popular as the majority of customers would want this luxurious experience to last as long as possible.

Do you deliver to my area?  We deliver hot tubs throughout West Wales.  If you live more than 25miles outside of Narberth, we would then add a small delivery charge.

Where can I have the hot tub installed?  For the best experience we recommend an outside location.  It must be a flat area that is free from sharp objects.  Remember the surrounding area of the hot tub will get wet, so please bear this in mind.

What access do I require?  Our swift hot tubs come in flat sections which we will assemble on site, so access is never a problem – fitting easy through narrow passageways, front doors and side gates.  The Rotospa Orbis is rolled into place so no obstacles such as sharp corners or steep steps, with a minimum gate width of 76cm and 190cm high. We will assemble the hot tub, test the water PH levels, add the relevant water treatment and show you a full demonstration on how everything works – it’s very simple.

How long does it take to assemble the hot tub?  Each hot tub should take as little as an hour to fully assemble and a further hour for the water to reach ideal level (all dependent on your water pressure).

Do we need any special plumbing?  No. All you need is a standard cold water tap (outdoor) and a drain – if you don’t have a drain nearby that’s ok as we can use our sump pump to pump water away from the location.

What are the electrical requirements?  We would require access to a 13 amp standard socket, either inside your house or, an outside power point needs to be at least 3.5meters away from the hot tub. For your safety, the hot tub is provided with a Residual Safety Device (RCD).

Is the hot tub child friendly?  The hot tub requires adult supervision at all times and the age restriction is at the discretion of parent or guardian, however, we would recommend the temperature of the tub to be reduced in accordance with our health and safety guidelines.

How many people can the hot tub accommodate?  Our hot tubs (Rotospa Orbis) are designed to accommodate 5 – 6 adults. The 'Swift' style is slightly smaller and seats 4 - 5 adults.

How long will it take for the hot tub to reach suitable temperature?  We can use a portable water heater which helps to increase the temperature, especially in the winter months. The Orbis & Swift can take between 20 and 24 hours to heat to the recommended temperature.

How much will it cost to run?  This will depend on the outside air temperature and your choice of heating setting, but with appropriate use of the very efficient thermal cover, this can be as little as £2.50 per day!

How does the hot tub maintain temperature?  In order to maintain a constant temperature, the hot tub needs to be connected to an electric supply.  The efficient heat exchanger will regulate the temperature and the thermal cover provided will provide added insulation.

What about the electrical safety?  The hot tub is supplied with a residual safety device (RSD), for your comfort and safety.

How do we check the water quality?  If you hire the hot tub between 5 and 7 days, the owner at time of installation will carry out a full water test and add the relevant water treatment as required.

What type of chemicals do you use in the hot tub?  Chemicals as recommended by the manufacturer and listed within the health and safety guideline. These are supplied with each hire.
