Arberthnarberth Hot Tub Hire for Pembrokeshire & West Wales
Before hiring equipment, Arberthnarberth Hot Tub Hire requires all persons to read and fully understand the contents of the Terms & Conditions. You will be required to sign the 'T&C's' as well as a Rental Agreement on delivery, prior to set up.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1 ‘The Owner’ is Arberth Narberth Hot Tub Hire.
1.2 ‘The Hirer’ is the persons specified below, including their successors or personal representatives.
1.3 ‘The Equipment’ includes hot tub & pump, gazebo’s, twinkle lights and other hire equipment that the owner agreed to hire to the hirer.
2. Suitability and Delivery in Good Order
2.2 The Equipment shall be deemed to be in good working order and in accordance with the Hirer’s satisfaction unless notification is received by the Owner on the day of delivery.
3. Security
3.1 The Hirer shall be responsible for the ensuring of the security of the equipment at all times. Any costs arising from the Equipment not being secured are chargeable to the Hirer.
4. Returnable Security Deposit
4.1 Your returnable security deposit £200 is required prior to delivery/installation. The rental charge for the equipment is either paid full online or on day of installation. No money – no set up.
4.2 The security deposit will be returned within seven days of uplift, minus deductions if applicable, which will be fully itemised.
5. We Require the Following
5.1 Prior to arrival – location suitability confirmation.
5.2 Confirmation of acceptance of these Contract Terms and Conditions.
6. Hot Tub and Equipment Usage
6.1 You are responsible for any damage and loss caused to the equipment regardless of culpability during the hire period as stated on the booking form.
6.2 Should the security deposit amount (£200) be insufficient to cover costs incurred to Arberthnarberth Hot Tub Hire, you agree to pay, in full, all costs to rectify this.
6.3 No naked flames are permitted inside or within 1 metre of our hot tubs.
6.3.1 No sharp objects, sand, grass or gravel to enter the hot tub, as these will damage the liner and filter.
6.4 No dogs or other animals are allowed inside our hot tubs.
6.4.1 Fake tan must be washed off, prior to entering the hot tub.
6.5 You agree that Arberthnarberth Hot Tub Hire or Employees, accept no liability for any personal injury or damage to any persons or property suffered during the period of your usage.
6.6 If you have any issues with our hot tubs or equipment during your hire, please contact us immediately.
6.7 Connection and disconnection to mains services on site are the responsibility of the Hirer and must be performed by a competent operative.
7. Maintenance, Care and Alterations
7.1 The Hirer shall be responsible for maintaining the Equipment in the same condition and working order as on the date of delivery and for ensuring the Equipment is in good and clean condition on the completion of the hire period. Any loss, damage of additional cleaning costs are chargeable to the hirer.
7.2 In the event of equipment damage or malfunction, the Owner must be informed immediately in order to arrange for a visit. Any damage or malfunction caused by mis-use, neglect or vandalism by agents of the Hirer will be chargeable to the Hirer.
7.3 In the event of severe weather conditions, including wind, frost, snow, hail, heavy rain or storms, the Hirer will take action to minimise damage to the Equipment, including securing all equipment.
7.4 No equipment or accessories may be removed from the hire equipment. Replacement of lost items will be charged to the hirer.
8. Inspection
8.1 The Hirer shall allow the Owner to have reasonable access to the Equipment, at all times, to inspect, test, replace or repair.
8.2 The Owner reserves the right to cancel the hire period if the site is deemed unsuitable or dangerous for hire.
9. Termination
9.1 The Owner will be entitled to terminate the agreement and remove the Equipment in the event of failure by the Hirer to comply with the terms and conditions of hire.
9.2 The Hirer will ensure that all Equipment and accessories are returned in good and clean condition at the end of the hire period.
10. Loss and Damage
10.1 The Owner accepts no liability or responsibility due to or arising from the Equipment becoming unusable through any cause what so ever whilst in the care of the Hirer, except through the Owners negligence.
10.2 The Hirer will be charged for any damage caused to the Equipment whilst in the Hirers possession.
10.3 If the equipment is not returned or significantly damaged, the Hirer will be charged for the replacement cost of the Equipment including the calculated daily rate of hire until the equipment is replaced.
11. Insurance
11.1 The Hirer shall arrange adequate insurance cover for all equipment during the period of hire and shall fully and completely indemnify the Owner in respect of all claims for injury to persons or property caused by and in respect of all costs and charges in connection with, whether arising under statute or common law except through the Owners negligence.
12. Finally
12.1 We reserve the right to amend our website and our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
All hire equipment provided by Arberthnarberth Hot Tub Hire is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out above. Hirers who are unable to comply with the above terms and conditions must inform Arberthnarberth hot tub hire prior to placing an order.
